AP Art Exhibit: Set-Up Needs 

**The AP Art Exhibit will be on Thursday, April 23rd from 5:30 to 6:30 PM (before the US Spring Concert). It will take place behind the PAC bleachers.**

Maintenance Needs: 

• Friday, April 17th

• Remove all masonite panels from flooring behind bleachers. 

• Move bleachers into the position they will be in for the exhibit. If this is not doable, communicate with Amy Rivera where the bleachers will be so we can begin setup with that position in mind. 

• Set-up pipe and drape to create a barrier wall from the back of bleachers to the wall along the "backside" or "house left" side of the gallery.

• Remove all other maintenance supplies, janitorial supplies, rogue furniture, etc. from the gallery space (area behind bleachers). 

• Clean any messes in the space.

Tech Needs: 

• Wednesday, April 22nd

• Adjust lighting for optimum viewing of the art. 

• Thursday, April 23rd

• Play soft background music for art exhibit (5:00 PM- 7:00 PM)
