On Thursday, May 3rd, we need to set up the staging area for the school's PUTTIN' ON THE HITS. It will take a bunch of people to lay down the floor covering and tape it, set up the big screen, a main stage, a side stage, set up chairs, and sound etc. but I would need you to head up that venture. I will have Charlie and others help. I can meet you in the gym after the floor covering is down. I also have moms coming to help me decorate the pipe and drape and stage after it is up. What time should the volunteers come if we get started with set up at 8 a.m.? Dress rehearsal is on Thursday.
The entire event should be over in the gym on Friday night, May 4th by about 8:30ish. I will need someone to oversee the striking of the set and all the things we set up the day before. Chris, can you be in charge of instructing the people? I can get volunteers to help. The pipe and drape will have to come done, chairs put back, stage taken apart, etc.
