  Arts Center - Auditorium\n\nAP Art Exhibit: Set-Up Needs \n\n**The AP Art
  Exhibit will be on Thursday\, April 23rd from 5:30 to 6:30 PM (before the
  US Spring Concert). It will take place behind the PAC bleachers.**\n\n \n
 \nMaintenance Needs: \n\n\n\nFriday\, April 17th\n\n\n\n\nRemove all mason
 ite panels from flooring behind bleachers. \n\n\n\nMove bleachers into the
  position they will be in for the exhibit. If this is not doable\, communi
 cate with Amy Rivera where the bleachers will be so we can begin setup wit
 h that position in mind. \n\n\n\nSet-up pipe and drape to create a barrier
  wall from the back of bleachers to the wall along the "backside" or "hous
 e left" side of the gallery.\n\n\n\nRemove all other maintenance supplies\
 , janitorial supplies\, rogue furniture\, etc. from the gallery space (are
 a behind bleachers). \n\n\n\nClean any messes in the space.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n
 Tech Needs: \n\n\n\nWednesday\, April 22nd\n\n\n\n\nAdjust lighting for op
 timum viewing of the art. \n\n\n\n\nThursday\, April 23rd\n\n\n\n\nPlay so
 ft background music for art exhibit (5:00 PM- 7:00 PM)\n\n\n\n\n
